One of UE group companies, Oil and Gas Service has discussed with the Great Wall
Drilling Company (GWDC) to cooperate in (1)Drilling Rig Rental Services
(2)Completion and Worker Service (3) Oilfield drilling fluids, completion fluids, work over fluids services
(4) Oilfield chemical and products. GWDC is a subsidiary of China Petroleum Company,
doing oil drilling services and related services for over twenty countries around the world. |

Managing Director of UE attended the 10th Annual Meeting of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Sub-sector
Network (EE&C-SSN) of the ASEAN Energy Corporation on 23 May 2006 in
Vientiane, Lao and 13th annual meeting of the Renewable Energy Sub-sector Network(RE-SSN) of the
ASEAN Energy Corporation on 6 to 8 June at Gadong,Brunei Darussalam.

UE and Europe Continents Myanmar get permission to import Solar System Refrigerator/Deep Freezer for
the AIDS Control Program of UNDP. These deep freezers can store vaccines by running the compressor with the 12
DC system with 50 wp sloar modules.

UE conducts the diffeent kinds of training courses such as 4-Tickets Training, Safety Induction Course,
Survival at Sea Course and Heavy Equipment Operator Training Courses to the employees and keeps the

In order to cope with the international standard of Health, Safety and Environment
factors, HSE Management System has been started with the cooperation of HSE System Manager, U Nyunt Pe and
DGM U Poe Aye under the MD's guidelines. HSE training programs has been started with HSE representative from
each department of UE. HSE training modules include 2006 HSE MS Introduction, Accident/Incident Reporting Traning
module, Safety Risk Management procedure Training Guide module.
