Annual Anniversary Ceremony

Annual Anniversary Ceremony is also one of the UE Group Social Activities that is held every year without fail. 19th Anniversary of UE Group of Companies was held on 4 January 2009 at Myanmar Convention Centre, Yangon. UE Group will celebrate 20th Anniversary in 2010.
 

Education

Educational support provided yearly by Chairman and Managing Director U Win Khaing to seven primary schools of villages in Hmawbi Township, benefiting more than one thousand students yearly. Communal Kahtein Ceremony to offer Buddhist monks with robes and other offertories have been held for the past ten years ago.

Educational support provided to the UE Group family through the scholarship program has benefited the students from 6th grade to university graduation.

Donation For Post - Cyclone Nargis Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction

• Chairman and Managing Director U Win Khaing, Director Daw Hla Hla Mu donated two sets of solar lighting system, P.V 200 Wp for the Cyclone Nargis Victims in “Kyon Dah” Village Camp, at Dedaye Township, Ayarwaddy Delta.

• Staff and families of United Engineering Group of Companies also donated food and clothes for the victims of living in the disaster area of Kungyangon, Kawhmu, Maubin and Kyauktan Townships.

• UE Group participated in the reconstruction of De-Myanmar Primary school totally flattened during the cyclone hitting at Nyaung Ngu Village, Kungyangon Township.
 

Health Care

UE Group has (2) clinics providing health care to all employees:
 • Basic medical check up for all personnel
 • Medical fitness check for offshore workers
 • Camp sanitation and environmental control
 • Work site medical and health services

This is it 3rd year United Engineering Group club football team has concerned a football tournament with (5) teams playing against each other.

United Engineering Group has held football tournaments for the past (3) years with all departments taking part for the Annual Managing Director's Championship Shield.
